Devon Synergy Group LLC is a global strategy and diplomacy consultancy led by Christina Hardaway, a former U.S. diplomat and Economic Officer.
Christina Hardaway has extensive experience designing and implementing global initiatives that advance community-level economic opportunity. Christina served at U.S. embassies where she led economic policy analysis, assessed regulatory and business environments, and advised senior decision-makers on trade, investment, and economic trends. Her work supported U.S. government engagement with host-country governments, international organizations, and private-sector stakeholders.
Beyond policy analysis, Christina designed and managed embassy-based community development programs focused on inclusive economic growth. These programs combined commercial strategy, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement to support local entrepreneurs, strengthen small business ecosystems, and expand access to global markets.
Throughout her career, Christina has worked closely with SMEs, chambers of commerce, universities, nonprofits, and community leaders, ensuring that global trade and investment initiatives were grounded in local realities and responsive to community priorities.
Today, through Devon Synergy Group, Christina brings together her diplomatic experience, analytical rigor, and hands-on program management to help organizations develop strategies that deliver measurable community impact—both locally and across borders.
